At Café Huella, every cup begins with a story rooted in land, tradition, and purpose.
Bryan Núñez, a native of Costa Rica, grew up picking coffee alongside his grandmother. Through her, he learned the rhythm, care, and culture behind every harvest. Those early experiences left a lasting impression—one that would eventually lead him back to the source.
Years later, Bryan sought out the Bonilla family farm in the Dota–Tarrazú region, one of the most respected coffee-growing areas in the world. In 2017, a partnership was formed to produce small-batch coffee, built on a shared commitment to quality, process, and origin. Together, they developed the distinct washed and roasted profiles that define Café Huella today.
In 2020, Huella Café was first served at Cafeseato in Huacas, Costa Rica—introducing a coffee shaped entirely by its origin, from farm to cup.
Breeze Hurly’s journey into coffee began at 16, working as a barista in Amarillo, Texas. There, she learned the fundamentals—how to craft a great cup, how to understand origin, and how to recognize true quality.
Over time, her passion evolved into something more. Through her travels, she sought out exceptional coffees from around the world, forming a vision for a company that would honor every step of the process—from the soil to the final pour.
In 2021, that vision found its match.
While visiting Cafeseato, Breeze experienced Café Huella for the first time and met Bryan. What began as a conversation quickly became alignment. Bryan had built what Breeze had been searching for—a coffee rooted in authenticity, process, and purpose.
Through shared values and countless cups of coffee, a partnership was formed.
Today, Bryan and Breeze work together to carry Café Huella forward—refining every detail while staying true to its origin.
From regenerative farming practices in Tarrazú to the final roast, every decision reflects a commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. Each bag of Café Huella represents more than coffee—it represents a connection between people, place, and purpose.
Because at Huella, every step leaves a mark.
“Su huella hace la diferencia.”
